Course Objectives:

The participant will learn:

  • Name three Variations of Code requirements for daylighting window applications in commercial applications for both FBC and Ashrae
  • Recognize and read energy labels between different types of windows
  • Be able to execute a daylighting trade-off for windows
  • The bridge between effective use and conservation of energy over the useful life of each building defined in the Florida Building Code, and electrical safety.

Method of Presentation:
This course will be presented in a classroom lecture format with instructor use of a multi-media presentation. Attendee participation and questions will be encouraged.
